This weeks card of the week was done at the Brenham Retreat I went to at the beginning of October. Isn't it just too cute.

My Secret Stamper Gift

I am so super lucky . I belong to such a great group of friends with Stampin Up!. I am participating in our group Secret Stamp campaign this quarter so I get to give and I received neat things.

Well yesterday afternoon when I came home on my front porch just waiting for me was a box. At first I have to admit I thought it was a box of our catalogs. (Which I had to order more of) So I was thinking cool did I get the shipment that I had just placed that day. NOT! Anyway I noticed on the box that there was writing with my name and address. So I figured it must be from my Secret Stamper. And boy was it. So I rush in and open the box with my dear daughters help. And what do I find be some of the cutest little Halloween items made just for me. I have some pictures to show you all so check back. I will have the uploaded this evening. I will try and give you all the details of the items I received in my goodies box.

How cool is that. Have a Booorifct Day!

Personalized Note Cards using Bella Rose & Lovely Letters

These cards where made with the New DSP " Bella Rose" from Stampin UP!. I love the whole set of paper but I really love the Roses it has in it. All of the DSP papers are great and very versatile. I have another set of cards using the Urban Garden DSP (Which are hues of Blue) and they have

turned out very nicely. That will be next weeks post for Personalized Projects. I do take orders for personalized note cards so please do send me your request.

Brenham Retreat

Ok so I am falling down on my job as a demonstrator for not keeping my blog posted. Please forgive me. I will try to make it up to you.

This past weekend I joined 17 other Topics (My Stampin UP! group) members at our Annual Retreat in beautiful Brenham, Texas. It is the most fun since Convention that I have had. It is a weekend away for the family and nothing but stamping, stamping , stamping and laugh till you cry, pee , or your side hurts. Lots and lots of eating. But most of all totally fun .

Ok so the first two pictures are my work area for the weekend. I actually made something like a hundred cards. Can you believe it. The third picture is my Super Duber Upline Penny. I just love her she is so funny and great to be with at any event.

I hope this will give you some idea as to what I have been up too. I will post some more pictures of new card ideas for you all.

Pun Fun Class Details

Perfect for your own gift giving or for giving AS a gift – this unique Pun Fun Birthday Card Set will have your friends "oohing" and "aahing".

Set of the Week - Embrace Life 6-27-08

This is a feature I hope to have every week. I will post a new "Set of the Week" each Friday. It may be later than Friday morning so check back often. Below are the recipes for the cards.

Card at the bottom:

Paper: Groovy Guava, Blush Blossom, Rose Red

Ink: Basic Black , Groovy Guava

Accessories: Groovy Guava Double Stitched Ribbon , Soft Subtels Watercolor Crayons, corner punch to make the scalloped edge.

Card at the top:

Paper: Certainly Celery, Chocolate Chip , Whisper White

Ink: Basic Black , Certainly Celery

Accessories: Chocolate Chip 5/8" Grosgrain Ribbon, Soft Subtles Watercolor Crayons

This set is really a nice set to make cards with. I have to confess it was not one that immediately caught my attention but after seeing several cards done with it I liked so I purchased it and now it has be come one of my favorites.
